WHO WE ARE

The Cumberland Prevention Coalition is a non-profit organization that was originally chartered Cumberland County rising in March of 2016 for the purpose of supporting the community in maintaining a drug-free environment. The CPC includes representatives from many facets and sectors of the community who work together for the betterment of the community. Education is viewed as the key to prevention. CPC creates programs and training for both groups and individuals to increase their understanding of and ability to address the issues, such as substance abuse risk factors, faced in the local community.

WHAT WE DO

The CPC organizes events, trainings, and programs within the community for the purpose of educating, equipping, and empowering those who attend to help keep the community a safe, drug-free place. The CPC also attends and participates in programs, events and trainings that are sponsored by community partners throughout the community.
